Dr. Rixon O. Campbell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the SAME Foundation, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, community development, and youth empowerment across Africa and the diaspora. A visionary leader and strategist, Dr. Campbell has built a distinguished career focused on transforming lives through access, opportunity, and leadership development.

Under his leadership, the SAME Foundation has established impactful partnerships that have provided scholarships, skills training, and community infrastructure improvements in underserved regions, particularly in Ghana. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to creating generational change through education, sustainable development, and global collaboration.

Dr. Campbell is also an accomplished organizational development expert, educator, and international consultant with extensive experience in higher education, multicultural affairs, and nonprofit leadership. His belief in the power of service, inclusion, and global citizenship continues to inspire the Foundation’s mission to empower communities and shape future leaders.

Al-Hassan Kodwo Baidoo, MPhil.

Chairman, SAME Foundation Ghana

Mr. Al-Hassan Kodwo Baidoo is an educationist and development advocate with extensive experience in educational leadership, youth empowerment, and community development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Arts from KNUST, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Innovation from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Master of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from Methodist University, Ghana.

As Chairman of SAME Foundation Ghana, he provides strategic leadership in advancing the Foundation’s mission to promote quality education, child welfare, and women’s empowerment. Mr. Baidoo also leads the Green Saints Foundation, a school-based climate change initiative, and serves as an Executive Member of Junior Shapers Africa.

He brings to his work a wealth of experience from his earlier roles in corporate management and a lifelong commitment to education as a driver of social transformation.

Robert Emmanuel Kaye, BSc.

Co-Chairman, SAME Foundation Ghana

Mr. Robert Emmanuel Kaye is a seasoned Client Service and Research Professional with over a decade of experience in market research, client management, and strategic insight across Africa. He has worked with top organizations such as IPSOS Ghana, Kantar Millward Brown, and Bureau of Market and Social Research, delivering impactful solutions for leading brands including MTN, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Vodafone, and Guinness Ghana.

He holds a BSc from the University of Ghana and professional certifications from the University of Georgia, the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership, and the Banking College of Ghana.

Robert is also a passionate advocate for health and safety and actively supports community initiatives that promote education and youth empowerment.

Hon. C. Phillip Phillips is an accomplished Marketing and Visioning Entrepreneur, business strategist, and cultural ambassador with a distinguished record of leadership across the Caribbean and Africa. He currently serves as Barbados' Cultural Attaché to the Republic of Ghana, where he champions cultural diplomacy, heritage exchange, and strategic collaboration between the two nations.

With decades of experience driving transformative business growth, Phillips is widely recognized for his visionary approach to entrepreneurship and brand strategy. His exceptional contributions to the business landscape earned him induction into Ernst & Young’s World Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame, following his recognition as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Barbados and the OECS.

Phillips continues to leverage his expertise to inspire innovation, strengthen cultural ties, and promote sustainable development within the global Caribbean and African communities.

Thelma Frimpong Mensah, DBA.

Women & Girl Empowerment, SAME Foundation Ghana

Dr. Thelma Frimpong Mensah is an accomplished leader with expertise in ESG and sustainability, business administration, and finance. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SMC University in Switzerland, an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University in India, and a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana.

She currently serves as Billing Operations Manager and CFO at Olidia Care Inc. (USA), Governing Council Member of the Institute of Project Management Professionals (Ghana), and Senior Vice President of Education at the African Youth Institute.

With previous experience as Senior Consultant at Deloitte Ghana and CEO of Desert Dew Services and Consultancy, Dr. Mensah is also a respected speaker passionate about women empowerment, entrepreneurship, and education.

Mrs. Christine Lafontant brings over two decades of experience in corporate America, having held diverse business and financial management roles on Wall Street. She holds an MBA in Financial Management and has built a distinguished career marked by strategic leadership, fiscal expertise, and a deep understanding of global markets. As an advisor to the Shakers and Movers Educational (SAME) Foundation, Christine leverages her extensive financial acumen to guide the Foundation's growth and sustainability, contributing to its mission of empowering communities through education and development.

Dr. Angela N. Mauldin, (Hon).

Advisor, SAME Foundation

Dr (h.c.) Angela N. Mauldin is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in community development, housing, and philanthropy. She has served on several Boards, including Charlotte Rotary, Dream Key Partners, and the Affordable Housing Coalition, and has provided expert counsel to organisations such as the United Negro College Fund and Habitat for Humanity. With a strong background in financial management, Angela launched a procurement department overseen a $25M unrestricted budget and contributed to key federal and private grant committees.

Currently, Angela champions educational access and nonprofit growth through scholarships, capacity building, and strategic advising. She serves as Chairwoman of If You Can Write You Can Read, Strategic Advisor for Shakers and Movers Educational Foundation (S.A.M.E.) in Ghana, and is a member of Sheroes International – Ghana Chapter. She holds professional certifications in Housing and Economic Development Finance, Construction Management, and Procurement.

Mr. Derick Nestor Hokey, CPA, serves as the Financial Officer of the SAME Foundation. A seasoned auditor and financial strategist with international experience, Derick brings a wealth of expertise in corporate accounting, compliance, and fiscal management. He currently serves as Chief Accountant and Auditor for several companies in Ghana, where he provides leadership in financial reporting and operational efficiency. At the SAME Foundation, he ensures transparency, accountability, and sound financial stewardship—strengthening the Foundation’s ability to deliver sustainable impact across its educational, health, and community development initiatives.

Dr. Lom Nuku Ahlijah serves as the Legal Officer for the SAME Foundation. He is an accomplished attorney with extensive expertise in energy law, telecommunications law and policy, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure project development. As the Head of the Law Department at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Law School, Mr. Ahlijah brings academic rigor and practical insight to his work. His deep understanding of legal frameworks and governance ensures that the Foundation operates with the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and accountability. His counsel continues to guide the Foundation’s strategic partnerships and legal initiatives across Ghana and beyond.

Mr. Victor Essine Obioha is an accomplished information technologist and full-stack developer passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency. With expertise in both front-end and back-end development, Victor brings a comprehensive understanding of system design, digital integration, and user experience optimization. As the Assistant IT Coordinator for the Shakers and Movers Educational (SAME) Foundation, he supports the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless technological operations that enhance communication, collaboration, and global outreach.
